The Trial of Robespierre
The students explore the theme of Social Injustice - asking the question "Do desperate times demand desperate measures?" In each trial, students research the roles of lawyers and witnesses for this trial of the man accused of "The Reign of Terror" during the French Revolution. Each class divides into prosecution and defense to create a theatrical trial. |
